New Allegro Software for the New Year

We are thrilled to highlight a design solution that helps us create electronic design even more effectively. Touchstone has used Cadence Allegro for PCB design for over ten years, but the higher tier Performance L release offers numerous new features and enhancements. Our upgrading to this brand-new software version, and performance upgrade, allows our board-layout experts to utilize the auto-interactive route delay tuning feature, accelerating timing closure on critical high-speed signals by 30-50%.
The software allows for basic floor-planning, placement and routing, as well as placement replication and advanced interconnect planning through specific and concise design constraints. This PCB design software is just part of Touchstone Technology's comprehensive product development methodology. In designing video processing circuitry, we use numerous other solutions to: create a precise schematic, complete board layout, and construct a 3D model. Touchstone's investment in Cadence Allegro, Performance L v.16.6, further helps us benefit our customers quicken the process of going from concept to market.
