We have organized our factory for cellular manufacturing, which allows us the most flexibility for building products. Because we design the products that we are building, we are able to offer a seamless transition from engineering to the manufacturing phases of the product’s life cycle. Furthermore, through design for manufacturability (DFM) and compliance engineering, we ensure all lean manufacturing requirements are met as well as all regulatory requirements.

With in-house surface mount technology (SMT) for fine-pitch assembly, Touchstone doesn’t have to rely on other vendors to build quality electronics components – we can manufacture all surface-mounted components at our facility right here in Rochester, NY.
